  90-Day Limited Warranty
BrightLife Enterprises warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from the date of original purchase. Any part which is defective or develops defects under normal and proper use will be replaced or repaired without cost to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage or defect due to abuse, neglect, misuse, alteration, customization or improper set-up of the product. This warranty does not extend to any purchaser or user other than the original purchaser of the product.

3-Year Extended Warranty
BrightLife Enterprises will extend the provisions of the "90-day limited warranty" above to three years from the original date of purchase, free of charge, if the Registration Form is completed and mailed to BrightLife Enterprises within 30 days of the date of original purchase accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt, invoice or bill of sale.

This extended warranty will not become effective unless the Registration Form is duly signed and issued by BrightLife Enterprises and returned to the customer.

No Warranty will extend the returns policy.

Returns
The customer must contact BrightLife Enterprises to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before an item is returned for repair or replacement. No returns will be accepted without a proper RA number and the original purchase receipt, invoice or bill of sale.

If it is determined that the defect can be repaired by replacement in the field, the necessary part will be shipped to the customer after the defective part is returned to BrightLife Enterprises and the damage is evaluated. The customer is responsible for inbound shipping and handling charges to BrightLife Enterprises. BrightLife Enterprises will pay the outbound shipping and handling charges to the customer. This shipping policy only applies to returns wholly within the continental USA. BrightLife Enterprises will not pay for any shipments outside the continental USA.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, contact BrightLife Enterprisesfor a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return it within 30 days of the date of original purchase and BrightLifeEnterprises will refund the full original purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The product must be returned in new condition to BrightLife Enterprises in its original packing with the original purchase receipt, invoice or bill of sale via insured prepaid UPS/freight. This policy applies to factory direct purchases only. Returns on purchases made through independent distributors must be arranged with the distributors directly. Customized products are not returnable.
